Ms Hannah Crawford
Hannah Crawford is an experienced finance executive and board member.
Hannah commenced her executive career with global chartered accounting firms Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, before joining corporate advisory firm Grant Samuel. During her 14 years as a Director of Grant Samuel she provided strategic and financial advice to a range of high profile listed and unlisted companies, including advice on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and capital raisings.
Since 2007, Hannah has been an active contributor to numerous Boards. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Confoil Australia & New Zealand Limited, Neurosciences Victoria Limited and Local Guardians Pty Limited and a member of the Finance and Audit Committees of Australian Red Cross Lifeblood and Melbourne Grammar School. She is a former Non-Executive Director of Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, Alfred Health and the Queen Elizabeth Centre.
Hannah is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She is also the Chair of the Bionics Institute’s Finance and Risk Committee.
